Arthur Leroy Neville, Jr. died on Sept. 7, 2022. He was a 1960 graduate of Eau Claire High School and was honored to serve as their class president. He loved his high school classmates and organized them over the years with trips and reunions. He was also an Eagle Scout.

Roy was a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS from the college of Arts and Sciences. He was employed by Upjohn Pharmaceutical Company for 33 years receiving the Academy of Sales Award multiple times. He was active in the Toastmasters, President of the Lions Club, and serving on the Board of Directors of American Diabetes Association. In retirement he enjoyed his years playing the euphonium with the Camden Community Concert Band. Golfing with the “HOGS” at Fort Jackson Golf Club was also a highlight of his retirement. He loved travelling with Mom on tours, cruises, and touring National Parks. The lake place on Lake Murray was a joy for his family and friends.

Roy was predeceased by his father Arthur L. Neville, Sr., his mother Pearl Doris Neville, and brother John Paul Neville. He is survived by his loving wife Charlotte Orr Neville, daughter Rachel Lynn Judson, son Christopher Todd Neville, granddaughters Katie, Ashley, Kenzie, and Amanda, and great grandson Wade.

The funeral service for Mr. Neville will be held at 1 o'clock on Monday, September 12th, at St. David’s Episcopal Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12 o'clock. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 7100 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209. Memorials may be made to St. David’s Episcopal Church at 605 Polo Rd., Columbia, SC 29223.
