April “Yacht Rock” Dinner ft. Hipolito Sanchez
Our April Harvest dinner will feature Hipolito Sanchez AKA The Mayor of Chicago + owner of Slow Motion For Meat. We have cooked at events around the nation with Hipolito and some of you may remember his dish featured at our Bubble Q event this past fall! His knowledge and skill around ANY kind of fire is unsurpassed.
Hip and Chefs Kristian Niemi, Gabrielle Baggette Watson and Frank Bradley will come together to prepare a family style, four-course meal using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
We will also have Erin Harris representing Santa Margarita, one of the leading importers of Italian estate wines in America. Erin has been educated by The Society of Wine Educators, is working on her second certification with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust of London through Johnson and Wales, and is currently the District Manager for the Carolinas for Santa Margarita USA.
Enjoy a welcome cocktail by Bourbon crafted using Vodka absolut. Absolut is a Swedish vodka made exclusively from natural ingredients. Dinner wine pairings and wine education by Erin Harris
