District officials will continue to monitor the weather and send parents, staff, and students more information should anything change through the district’s telephone calling system.
Parents can also get updates and information about school openings and closings by following the district on Facebook or Twitter, checking the district’s website at www.lexington1.net, or checking local media websites.
Libby Roof of Richland Two noted the possibility of also dismissing students early, due to potentially unsafe traveling conditions.
