Lexington County School District One is partnering with SCDHEC to offer free flu vaccinations to students.

During the next three weeks, DHEC will be at various schools in the district administering the flu vaccines. The clinic is for students only.

The following schools will host flu shot clinics:

Forts Pond Elementary School (FPES)

Tues., Oct. 27

3 – 6 p.m.

(Available to all FPES, Pelion Elementary, Pelion Middle and Pelion High students)

Gilbert Elementary School (GES)

Wed., Nov. 4

3 – 6 p.m.

(Available to all GES, Centerville Elementary, Gilbert Middle and Gilbert High students)

River Bluff High School (RBHS)

Sat., Nov. 7

9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

(Available to all RBHS, Midway Elementary, Meadow Glen Elementary, Meadow Glen Middle and New Providence Elementary students)

Lexington High School (LHS)

Sat., Nov. 14

9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

(Available to all LHS, Lake Murray Elementary, Pleasant Hill Elementary, Pleasant Hill Middle, Rocky Creek Elementary and Beechwood Middle students.)

A consent form is available to fill out online, or can be filled out at the flu shot clinic. A Spanish version of the form is available online as well.
