It was announced Friday afternoon that Christian hip-hop recording artist TobyMac's upcoming concert series will be postponed.
The Theater Tour, slated to begin next Thursday in Springfield, MO, has been rescheduled to the spring of next year.
"Due to the untimely passing of his oldest son Truett Foster, Toby's place is at home with his family this fall. The TobyMac Theatre Tour in its entirety has been rescheduled to the spring. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause fans," the announcement read.
Truett was found deceased Oct. 23 at a home in Nashville, according to The Tennessean.
All dates have been rescheduled for April and May. His performance in Columbia at the Koger Center or the Arts has been rescheduled for May 11.
Ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled date will be able to request a refund through the original point of purchase.
