The City of Columbia is setting up multiple mask distribution sites for city residents who may not have access to masks. Mayor Steve Benjamin and members of the Columbia City Council passed an ordinance last week requiring masks to be worn in public places within city limits.

Masks will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis at the designated distribution sites, limiting two per person and five per family. Those who can purchase or make their own masks are encouraged to do so, however masks will be available to all at the distribution sites.
