Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced the arrest of a woman on attempted murder charges during a domestic violence incident.

Brittany Felder, 31, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 18, on charges of attempted murder. Felder is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

On Wednesday around 10 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic assault involving a vehicle at the Food Lion parking lot at 4760 HardScrabble Road. When they arrived, they spoke to Felder, who said she had hit her fiancé with her vehicle because she was upset and thought he was speaking with other women.

The incident was captured on the security cameras of the business. The cameras captured Felder dragging the man on the hood of her car until he fell. She then circled the parking lot and ran him over again while he was on the ground.

The man was rushed to the hospital suffering from several injuries. His condition is unknown at this time.
