Steel Hands Brewing will be hosting its annual Training Camp this Saturday to benefit Camp Cole. The event raises money by having guests come out to see entertainment presented by former college athletes.
Football players who previously played for the University of South Carolina, Clemson University and Wofford University will be in attendance to entertain the crowd with different types of football competitions. The event will feature Emmy award-winning Emcee, Mike Uva.
The teams of football players will take part in a series of competitions and the winners will take home the “Camp Champ” award.
In addition to supporting Camp Cole, guests with have entertainment, meet players and receive signed autographs. Live music will also be provided by the Reggie Sullivan Band.
Steel Hands Brewing will donate 70% of the craft beer pint sales to Camp Cole and the mission to help children, teens and adults facing serious illnesses and other health or life challenges.
“Training Camp is about more than a competition, it’s about crafting an impact on our community,” said Ashley Lambert, Marketing Director of Steel Hands Brewing. “We can’t wait to host this event again this year and give back to such a deserving organization like Camp Cole.”
The family friendly event is free and will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday
