A Lexington County man is charged with involuntary manslaughter after fatally shooting his son-in-law. State’s unemployment rate hits record low in April

The unemployment rate in Richland County fell to 3.5 percent in April from 3.9 percent in March. In Lexington County, the unemployment rate fell to 3 percent from 3.4 percent in March.
