Airport, Brookland-Cayce qualify for state competitive cheer finals

Airport earned a spot in the Class 4A final with an 11th place finish in competition last Saturday. And Brookland-Cayce qualified third in Class 3A, in last Saturday’s competition.

Gamecocks defeat Florida

Florida hung on until the end, but South Carolina prevailed, beating the Gators 28-20, in an SEC match up, at Williams-Brice Stadium Saturday.
