S.C. Supreme Court rules Richland County Penny Tax not spent properly, council to hold meeting Friday

The South Carolina Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the South Carolina Department of Revenue, agreeing that Richland County, since 2016,  improperly spent part of the county-wide Penny Tax. A Richland County man has been charged with assaulting and killing his six-year-old son.
