Staff with Richland County's Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP) will introduce residents to SPEED (Sustainability, Planning, Education, Engagement, Development).

Following this short introduction will be presentations from the County's Business Service Center and the Assessor’s Office. Business Service Center staff will give information on the upcoming license renewal deadline as well as licensing requirements. Assessor’s Office staff will discuss property tax reassessments and newly available online applications for establishing legal residency.

This event will be in the Fourth Floor Conference Room.
