This 6 week class is for students ages 11-17. Here is a great opportunity to get your hands messy and explore your creative side using clay! This class is designed for students who have an interest in working with clay. They will explore a variety of techniques which will include hand-building, surface treatment and glazing. Students will create functional, as well as sculpture pieces of three dimensional clay art work. Registration fee of $90 covers instruction, materials and operational costs. Minimum number of students is 3 and maximum number is 10. Classes will be held at the Columbia Art Center, 1227 Taylor Street on Mondays from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
