City of West Columbia officials announced Wednesday that the West Columbia Meeting Street Artisan Market will be opening every Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., beginning this Saturday (June 13).

The market is located at the Interactive Art Park, at 425 Meeting St., West Columbia, under the pavilion. It includes vendors selling their original art, crafts, food, and produce.

The city is inviting the public to attend every Saturday to shop with local vendors and interact with the unique sculptures throughout the park. Then shoppers are encouraged to head to State Street for more shopping and dining.

To promote social distancing, vendors will be spaced apart. A hand washing station adn hand sanitizer will be placed around the market.
