Magnus Development Partners announced the groundbreaking Tuesday of Midway Logistics VI, a new 192,780 sq.-ft. spec industrial building located in Lexington County Industrial Park in Pineridge.
The facility will be a hard-wall, multi-tenant industrial building situated on 27.5 acres. The facility will feature energy efficient LED lighting, a high pressure fire suppression system, a 32-ft. minimum clear height, 31 dock doors, two oversized drive-in doors, and an abundance of trailer parking.
The building’s flexible design accommodates tenants ranging from as small as 34,020 sq.-ft. and as large as the entire building footprint, according to company representatives.

Magnus anticipates construction of Midway VI to be completed around the middle of next year.
