Magnus Development Partners announced the groundbreaking Tuesday of Midway Logistics VI, a new 192,780 sq.-ft. spec industrial building located in Lexington County Industrial Park in Pineridge.

The facility will be a hard-wall, multi-tenant industrial building situated on 27.5 acres. The facility will feature energy efficient LED lighting, a high pressure fire suppression system, a 32-ft. minimum clear height, 31 dock doors, two oversized drive-in doors, and an abundance of trailer parking.

The building’s flexible design accommodates tenants ranging from as small as 34,020 sq.-ft. and as large as the entire building footprint, according to company representatives.

“This is the sixth spec building completed by the principals of Magnus Development within the Lexington County Industrial Park (LCIP), said Kevin Werner, Partner with Magnus. “We are committed to being the leading developer of industrial buildings throughout the Midlands region and will continue to invest in areas such as Lexington County that are experiencing significant growth”.

Magnus anticipates construction of Midway VI to be completed around the middle of next year.
