Dunkin' fans in West Columbia have a reason to celebrate, as the popular chain opened its newest Next Generation location in the city. The grand opening was held Tuesday at 2223 Augusta Rd., located in the Georgetown Plaza.

Many visitors attended the event, and the first 100 guests were rewarded free coffee for a year. Dunkin' also presented a $3,000 donation to Harvest Hope Food Bank at the grand opening. Attendees throughout the day had the chance to spin the prize wheel for other rewards.

The new Dunkin' location will be open daily and offers the full menu, including hot and iced coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches and more.

Dunkin' on Augusta Rd. is open Monday through Saturday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Visit dunkindonuts.com to learn more about Dunkin'.
