Carowinds to offer free admission for military

The Carolinas’ shared theme park, Carowinds, is about to offer a special deal for members of the military.

According to Director of Communications Lisa Stryker, Carowinds will soon allow free admission for active military, retired military, National Guard, veterans with honorable or medical discharge and Reserve Officers’ Training Corps with valid military I.D. The free admission will be offered during the park’s Military Days from June 29 through July 7.

Additionally, up to six immediate family members of military personnel can purchase tickets for a discounted price of $39.99 each (when purchased online) during the Military Days time frame.

Guests visiting the park July 4 and 5 will also be able to view the Celebrate America Fireworks Show, set to patriotic music.
