Sabor Latin Street Grill is opening its first South Carolina restaurant in Columbia’s Vista. Sabor features South American street cuisine such as the flavors of Peru, Argentina and Mexico. The new location will be the first in a franchise expansion project for the parent company, Raydal Hospitality.

Raydal Hospitality owns a number of restaurants in the Charlotte area. Raydal CEO Dalton Espaillat is also considering expanding to areas including Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson and Georgia, Florida and Virginia in the future.

The new restaurant will be located in the former Le Peep location (701 Gervais St., #110).

Sabor prides itself on affordable pricing and fresh ingredients, a staple being $1 Taco Tuesday deals. The Latin food chain that started in 2013 hopes to have its Gervais Street location open by the end of the summer. The store’s full menu is available on the company’s website.

According to a sign on their front door, the restaurant is currently hiring for all positions, offering “above average” pay. Open interviews will be held on-site Mondays through Thursdays from 1 to 5 p.m.
