It’s all for the love of art. Columbia’s largest gallery art crawl begins Thursday evening at 5 p.m. Artista Vista 2019 is a two-day, art-centric event with activities and sights for every member of the family to enjoy.

Galleries will be displaying new, unique shows and some will offer complimentary beverages and hors d’oeuvres with live entertainment. Additional live music will be performed throughout the Vista during the evening. One of the main events of the night will be the Light & Lantern Parade, which begins at 8 p.m., at the Lincoln Street Tunnel (between Lady and Taylor Streets).  Thursday’s festivities will finish at 9 p.m.

Artista Vista continues Saturday with Art Day, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event brings well-known artists and galleries together, to encourage the public to support the arts.

More information about the event can be found on The Vista’s website.
