Coroner identifies man killed in Friday morning crash
According to Fisher, Mr. Brian Patrick Orazen, 45, of Lexington was pronounced dead at the scene due to multiple traumatic injuries. Orazen was traveling on Nazareth Road when an oncoming vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with his vehicle. Orazen was wearing a seat belt when the incident occurred.
The driver of the other vehicle was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The collision is under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
