Airport High School is raising money for Camp Kemo, again. Last year, Airport students, through various fundraising events, collected more than $50,000 for Camp Kemo.

Events include; Sonic night Friday in three fountains; a yard sale on the Airport campus Saturday morning from 7-10 a.m.; a fashion show; and a car wash at Advance Auto Parts in South Congaree from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

In the more than two decades of Camp Kemo fundraising, Airport students have raised more than $500,000, said Daniel Bailey, an AHS student government teacher. Bailey said the goal this year is to raise $60,000.”
