Prudential Midlands Real Estate earned Angie’s List customer service award
The agents and staff members at Prudential Midlands Real Estate have helped hundreds of families find homes since the agency set up shop in 2006. Thanks to the superior feedback from those customers, Prudential Midlands Real Estate has earned its first Angie’s List Super Service award.
An online database of consumer ratings, Angie’s List allows people share their experiences with companies and services from plumbers to dentists to real estate brokers. If a business achieves enough positive feedback, it is eligible for a Super Service award.
“We strive to have done a good job and ask all our clients to recommend us on Angie’s List,” said Prudential Midlands Real Estate broker-in-charge Brenda Hanna.
Hanna said she received notification of the agency’s Super Service status on Jan. 1. The award is in recognition of excellent service during 2013.
“Only about 5 percent of the companies Prudential Midlands Real Estate competes with in the Midlands are able to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a mark of consistently great customer service.”
In addition to accumulating positive feedback, a business must maintain an A rating, be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines to earn become a Super Service member.
“We are very proud of this because it’s something our clients have done for us,” Hanna said.
The team at Prudential Midlands Real Estate has closed on more than 1,600 homes over the past seven years. The agency covers primarily Lexington, Richland and Kershaw counties, but agents do travel to Calhoun and Newberry counties on occasion to assist clients.
In addition to Prudential Midlands Real Estate’s accolades, Hanna was just named the 2013 Realtor of the Year by the Central Carolinas REALTORS Association. She was voted by the other association members and also will serve as the 2014 Central Carolinas REALTORS Association president.
