Lizard’s Thicket unveils new website

Even a business built on Southern traditions has to change a little to keep up with the times, and while the food is still old-fashioned, Lizard’s Thicket’s newly updated website is anything but.

Lizard’s Thicket was first opened by Bob and Anna Williams in Columbia in 1977. The business has grown to 15 locations in the Midlands and Florence with 700 employees, including Bob and Anna’s children and grandchildren.

The new site includes the basic menus, specials, and directions, but also increased capabilities like a detailed list of catering options. Lizard’s Thicket has even embraced Instagram, and its best photos of meals also appear on the new site.

Lizard’s Thicket uses South Carolina products and produce in its restaurants whenever possible, and Columbia firm Northbound Design designed the new website.
