USC gets win No. 8 over Wofford

South Carolina defeated Wofford by a score of 31-10 Saturday. South Carolina was up 14-3 at halftime. Wofford scored a TD to open the second half. But the Gamecocks thwarted the Terriers and prevailed. USC is now 8-3 with No. 2 Clemson coming to Columbia next Saturday. Wofford falls to 9-2.
