Police investigate Sunday afternoon shooting

The Columbia Police Department is reporting a shooting investigation. The shooting occurred in the 300 block of South Beltline Boulevard Sunday afternoon, and involved “a male victim injured in the leg.” It appears to be non-life threatening injury,  according to the Columbia Police Department. Coroner identifies fatal shooting victim

Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred Friday at approximately 4:40 a.m. in the 400 block of Piney Grove Road.
