The death of a man who died Tuesday night has been ruled as a justifiable homicide by investigators. U.S. Rep. Joe Wilson James T. Hodgkinson III, fired several shots Wednesday at a park in Alexandria, Va., at Republican members of Congress. The Congress members were at a morning baseball practice.
