1 dies, 3 injured in crash that temporarily closes Garners Ferry Road Sunday

The South Carolina Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the South Carolina Department of Revenue, agreeing that Richland County, since 2016,  improperly spent part of the county-wide Penny Tax.
