Irmo woman identified as victim in fatal I-26 crash
Richland County Coroner Gary Watts has released the name of the individual who died early Friday morning in a single-vehicle collision. The crash occurred after 1:45 a.m. at I-26 westbound exit 97 on the exit ramp.
Amanda Aracely Repreza, 34, of Cooper Hawk Circle, Irmo, was the unrestrained driver of a vehicle that left the road and struck a tree. Repreza died at the scene. An autopsy indicated that the cause of death was due to blunt force injuries to the upper torso.
The SC Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
