Richland 1 schools dismissing early because of snow possibility
Due to the forecast for severe weather and as a safety precaution, Richland One schools will dismiss students early Wednesday. Elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. Middle schools will dismiss at 1 p.m. High schools will dismiss at 12:15 p.m.
In addition to the early school dismissals, the following Richland One programs and activities are canceled for Wednesday:
- All after-school programs, including after-school child care, 21st Century, comprehensive remediation, SC Homework Center and athletics tutorial programs
- All athletics activities (games and practices)
- PCD (preschool children with disabilities) Program afternoon sessions
- Richland One Evening High School Program classes
- Richland One Adult Education classes
