Police look for armed lingerie thieves

Three people went into a Victoria’s Secret store. Monday, at Columbiana Centre and stole a voluminous amount of merchandise, according to a report from the Columbia Police Department.

“It’s believed that at least one of the male suspects was armed with a gun and threatened an employee while the suspects stole thousands of dollars worth of merchandise,” according to a police department news release.

The three people went into the mall store on Harbison Boulevard before 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The police department released photos from a surveillance camera Tuesday.  The images show the suspects with the stolen merchandise in Belk bags.
