Political consultant Richard Quinn Sr., 2 former legislators, indicted by State Grand Jury

Columbia Political consultant Richard Quinn Sr., was indicted Wednesday by the State Grand Jury on felony charges of criminal conspiracy and illegal lobbying (failure to register as a lobbyist.)

The indictment of Quinn, 73, by Special Prosecutor David Pascoe is part of a months-long investigation.

Former S.C. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Harrison, 66, R-Richland, was also indicted on Wednesday on charges of criminal conspiracy, common law misconduct in office and statutory misconduct in office.
Former S.C. House Rep. Tracy Edge, 50, R-Horry, was indicted Wednesday on criminal conspiracy, common law misconduct in office.
